Our team is comprised of seasoned professionals with extensive experience in the field. Led by our founder, Ignatius Muller, who has been in the industry for over two decades, we bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to each consulting engagement. With a industrial engineering / production management diploma obtained in 1996, Ignatius has a deep understanding of operational strategies, change management, and supply chain optimization. He has successfully led numerous projects, implementing ERP systems, enhancing productivity, and achieving cost reduction for our clients. Ignatius’ expertise extends to risk identification and mitigation, quality assurance, market analysis, and financial management.

Dewan Muller
Working alongside Ignatius is Dewan Muller, who holds a management accounting degree obtained in 2022. Dewan’s educational background and fresh perspective enable him to apply modern management accounting concepts and practices to our consulting services. His understanding of financial management and budgeting supports our clients in achieving financial stability, cost reduction, and effective resource allocation.
